Hello, everyone!
Hotels are available for reservations today! We have a room block in the main hotel, and we’ve managed to get a very nice price for them. I’ve also done some scouting for hotels around the area. All of them listed on the site are within a 5-10 minute walk.

We talked with the sales director at the Davis Conference Center, and he has agreed to extend the date of our $2500 down payment!
